On the moments for ergodic distribution of an inventory model of type (s; S) with regularly varying demands having infinite variance
(Işık University Press, 2018)In this study a stochastic process X(t) which represents a semi Markovian inventory model of type (s,S) has been considered in the presence of regularly varying tailed demand quantities. The main purpose of the current ... -
Generalized Hankel determinant for a general subclass of univalent functions
(Işık University Press, 2018)Making use of the generalized Hankel determinant, in this work, we consider a general subclass of univalent functions. Moreover, upper bounds are obtained for |a3 ? µa2 2|, where µ ? R. -
Existence of symmetric positive solutions for lidstone type integral boundary value problems
(Işık University Press, 2018)This paper establishes the existence of even number of symmetric positive solutions for the even order differential equation (?1)n u (2n) (t) = f(t, u(t)), t ? (0, 1), satisfying Lidstone type integral boundary conditions ... -
Common fixed point theorems for weakly subsequentially continuous mappings in fuzzy metric spaces via implicit relation
(Işık University Press, 2018)The aim of this paper is to prove some common fixed point theorems for two weakly subsequentially continuous and compatible of type (E) pairs of self mappings satisfying an implicit relation in fuzzy metric spaces. Two ... -
Estimating returns to scale using non-radial dea models
(Işık University Press, 2018)The concept of returns to scale (RTS) is defined as the ratio of the proportionate changes in outputs over the proportionate changes in inputs. By considering the following two facts the current paper develops some non-radial ... -
On the numerical solution of fractional order differential equations using transforms and quadrature
(Işık University Press, 2018)In this work, we extended the work of [12] to approximate the solution of fractional order differential equations by an integral representation in the complex plane. The resultant integral is approximated to high order ... -
Single valued neutrosophic trees
(Işık University Press, 2018)The edge connectivity plays important role in computer network problems and path problems. In this paper, we introduce special types of single valued neutrosophic (SVN) bridges, single valued neutrosophic cut-vertices, ... -
Fractional plus fractional capacitated transportation problem with enhanced flow
(Işık University Press, 2018)This paper presents an algorithm to solve a fractional plus fractional capacitated transportation problem with enhanced flow (EP). A related transportation problem (RT P) is formed and it is shown that to each corner ... -
A critical study of meromorphic starlike functions
(Işık University Press, 2018)An attempt has been made to introduce a new criterion to make it possible to change meromorphic analytic function into a meromorphic starlike function of particular order. This criterion is based on a differential operator ... -
Solvability to coupled systems of functional equations via fixed point theory
(Işık University Press, 2018)The purpose of the present paper is to establish the existence and uniquness of coupled common fixed points for a pair of mappings satisfying F-contraction. As a consequence of our results, we discuss the existence of a ... -
Second Hankel determinant problem for several classes of analytic functions related to shell-like curves connected with Fibonacci numbers
(Işık University Press, 2018-01-16)In this paper, we investigate upper bounds for the second Hankel determinant in several classes of analytic functions in the open unit disc, related to shell-like curves and connected with Fibonacci numbers. -
On the behaviors of a class of singular type rough higher order commutators on generalized weighted morrey spaces
(Işık University Press, 2018-03-05)In this paper, we study the boundedness of a class of singular type rough higher order commutators defined by T A,m ? f(x) = p.v. Z Rn ?(x ? y) |x ? y| n (A (x) ? A (y))m f(y)dy and MA,m ? f(x) = sup r>0 1 r n Z |x?y| 1) ... -
Modeling of combined natural/thermocapillary convection flows in germanium melt at high temperatures
(Işık University Press, 2018-06-09)A mathematical model for the description of combined natural/ thermocapillary convection melt flows in cylindrical (3D) geometry is developed. It is utilized to model germanium melt convective flows in an isothermal ... -
q-Starlike functions of order alpha
(Işık University Press, 2018)For all q ? (0, 1) and 0 ? ? < 1 we define a class of analytic functions, so-called q-starlike functions of order ? on the open unit disc D = {z : |z| < 1} . We will study this class of functions and explore some inclusion ... -
Computation of connectivity indices of Kulli path windmill graph
(Işık University Press, 2018)The Kulli path windmill graph P(m)n+1 is the graph obtained by taking m ? 2 copies of the graph K1 + Pn for n ? 4 with a vertex K1 in common. In this paper, we determine Zagreb, hyper-Zagreb, sum connectivity, general sum ... -
Numerical solution of non-conservative linear transport problems
(Işık University Press, 2018)In this study, trigonometric cubic B-spline differential quadrature method is developed for a linear transport problems constructed on the advection-diffusion equation. The weighting coefficients used in the derivative ... -
New classes of harmonic functions defined by fractional operator
(Işık University Press, 2018)In the present study, we introduce an investigation of new subclasses of harmonic functions which are defined by fractional operator. Firstly, using by fractional operator, we define new subclasses of harmonic functions. ... -
