Algebraic sum and algebraic product of spherical neutrosophic sets
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)The Spherical Neutrosophic Set is a generalization of Spherical Fuzzy Set. In this paper, we define Algebraic sum and Algebraic product of spherical neutrosophic sets (SNSs) and investigate their desirable properties. ... -
On kernel distribution function estimation near end points
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)Under that so-called boundary problem on kernel cumulative distribution function estimation, the main objective of this paper is to introduce and investigate the properties of our new estimator in order to improve the ... -
Generalized q-difference equation for the generalized q-operator r?s(Dq) and its applications in q-integrals
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)In 2014, Fang [12] discovered a general q-exponential operator identity by solving a q-difference equation. Fang [12] developed some generalizations of q-integrals using this q-difference equation. Reshem and Saad [20] ... -
Solving inverse partial differential equations problems by using teaching learning based optimization algorithm
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)In this paper, a numerical approach is combined with teaching learning based optimization algorithm (TLBO) to solve problems of inverse partial differential equations. The most important point in the way we have presented ... -
Geodetic parameters in tree derived architectures
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)A geodetic cover of a graph G refers to a subset of vertices of G that covers all the vertices of G using the shortest paths between the vertices in the set and the cardinality of a minimum geodetic cover is the geodetic ... -
2-ODD labeling of graphs using some graph operations
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)2-odd labeling assigns distinct integers to the nodes of a graph G(V, E) in such a manner, that the positive difference of adjacent nodes is either 2 or an odd integer, 2k ± 1, k ? N. So, G is a 2-odd graph if and only if ... -
Permutations with non-decreasing transposition arrays and pattern avoidance
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)We give some results about a bijection associating each permutation with a subexcedant function (i.e., a function f : [n] ? [n] such that f(i) ? i, 1 ? i ? n). This function is related to a particular decomposition of the ... -
On edge irregularity strength of ladder related graphs
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)For a simple graph G, a vertex labeling ? : V (G) ? {1, 2, . . . , k} is called k-labeling. The weight of an edge xy in G, written w?(xy), is the sum of the labels of end vertices x and y, i.e., w?(xy) = ?(x) + ?(y). A ... -
Binary ?ech soft closure spaces
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)In this paper the notion of binary ?ech soft closure space which is defined over two initial universe sets with fixed sets of parameters is introduced and studied. This space extends and generalizes ?ech soft closure space. ... -
On the norms of r-circulant matrices involving balancing and Lucas-balancing numbers
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)In this article, we investigate the r-circulant matrices B[r] and C[r] involving the balancing and Lucas-balancing numbers respectively with arithmetic indices. For matrices B[r] and C[r], we establish the direct formula ... -
On almost convergence of fuzzy variables
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)In this paper, within framework credibility theory, we examine several notions of convergence and almost convergence of fuzzy variable sequences. We investigate relations between these notions. Utilizing fuzzy variables, ... -
A novel simple 5D hyperchaotic system derived from the 3D Sprott C system
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)A novel simple 5D hyperchaotic system with two non-hyperbolic equilibria points is presented. The proposed system is designed by coupling between a 3D Sprott C system and a 2D linear system via a coupling strategy. Compared ... -
Generalization of Picture Fuzzy Matrix
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)In this paper, we introduce the concept of k-regular Picture Fuzzy Matrix (PiFuM) as a generalization of regular matrix and investigate some basic properties of a k-Regular Picture Fuzzy Matrix (k-RPiFuM). Moreover we ... -
On the Cauchy problem for systems of linear equations of elliptic type of the first order in the space R?
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)In the present paper, on the basis of the Carleman matrix, approximate solutions of the Cauchy problem for matrix factorizations of the Helmholtz equation are found in explicit form. -
Secure point set domination in graphs
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)In this paper, we introduce the notion of secure point-set domination in graphs. A point-set dominating D of graph G is called a secure point-set dominating set if for every vertex u ? V ?D, there exists a vertex v ? D?N(u) ... -
New vertex-edge sombor, Nirmala and Misbalance indices
(Işık University Press, 2024-04)The molecular structure of a compound contains all the information which would help to determine its chemical, biological, and physical properties. With the help of a theoretical descriptor tool known as topological indices, ... -
