Abstract
By using fuzzy path connectedness of a fuzzy topological space (X, T), a wide class of a space named as the fuzzy Peano space has been defined in this paper. Some of the interesting properties of a Fuzzy Peano Space are discussed. As an application of the Fuzzy path connectedness, it is aimed to find the perfect shortest path to cover all the selected cities at the earliest time. In this connection the properties of Fuzzy path connectedness are used to determine the fuzzy Hamiltonian Cycle which is used in rail connectivity network to find the perfect shortest path.
