In this study, we modeled broadband internet access at home data and investigated the relationship between the human development index and internet access in countries. The broadband Internet access at home is modeled using two different Fractional methods and the conventional Polynomial approach for seven countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, Turkey, and the UK. The results showed the superiority of Fractional Model-3 over the Fractional Model-1 and Polynomial Method for modeling internet access at home. After analyzing the modeling performance of the above models, Pearson correlations between the human development index, an indicator of human development published by UNDP, and internet access are analyzed. Computed correlations showed that the internet access percentage and the human development index are positively correlated.
