This paper deals with the eigenvalues of a boundary value problem for a second order fuzzy differential equation. We consider the fuzzy differential operator and give the properties of the eigenvalues of the problem for fuzzy differential pencils. We use the derivative of the functions in the sense of Hukuhara.
