Abstract
We introduce the class of (M, k)-quasi-parahyponormal operators on a separable Hilbert space as an extension of the classes of parahyponormal and k-quasiparahyponormal operators given in [13]. The matrix representation of an (M, k)-quasiparahyponormal operator, the finite ascent, the SVEP and other several properties of such class of operators are also presented.
