Error quantification for approximation in generalized Zygmund classes using three-harmonic Poisson integrals
(Işık University Press, 2026-02-01)This paper examines the error in approximation within generalized Zygmund classes using three-harmonic Poisson integrals. The error is measured using two moduli of continuity of order two, within the relevant norm, providing ... -
Interval-valued intuitionistic quadri-partitioned neutrosophic sets in psychological research with examples and theoretical insights
(Işık University Press, 2026-02-01)This manuscript presents a comprehensive study of interval-valued intuitionistic quadri-partitioned neutrosophic sets (IVIQPNSs) and their combination with soft sets (IVIQPNSSs), focusing on the relationships between the ... -
Viscous dissipation, Hall current and ion slip effects on an unsteady MHD flow over an inclined plate
(Işık University Press, 2026-02-01)In this study, we have examined the effects of Hall current and ion slip on an unsteady MHD flow of a viscous, electrically conducting incompressible fluid over a porous medium bounded by an infinite inclined plate in the ... -
Certain subclass of bi-univalent functions defined by q-derivative operator involving Poisson distribution
(Işık University Press, 2026-01-01)In this paper, by using the q-derivative operator, we define a new subclass of bi-univalent functions involving Poisson distribution series associated with Horadam polynomials. We find estimates for the general Taylor-Maclaurin ... -
A numerical solution to nonlinear ordinary differential equations based on Bell polynomials
(Işık University Press, 2026-01-01)This article examines the solutions of high-order nonlinear ordinary differential equations with cubic terms under initial conditions using Bell polynomials, their derivatives, and collocation points. The nonlinear ... -
On ψ- criticality of some random graphs
(Işık University Press, 2026-01-01)A vertex colouring g of a graph G is said to be pseudocomplete if for any two distinct colours i, j there exists at least one edge e = (u, v) ∈ E(G) such that g(u) = i and g(v) = j. The maximum number of colors used in a ... -
On controllability results for fuzzy Caputo-Katugampola fractional differential equations
(Işık University Press, 2016-01-01)This article explores the controllability of fuzzy fractional differential equations using the Caputo-Katugampola fractional derivative. First, we prove the existence of a mild solution using fractional calculus, fuzzy set ... -
Packing colorings of the corona product of the path Pn and the cycle Cn with an edge K₂
(Işık University Press, 2026-01-01)Given a graph G and a positive integer i, an i-packing in G is a subset X of V (G) such that the distance dG(u, v) between any two distinct vertices u, v ∈ X is greater than i. The packing chromatic number χρ(G) of a graph ... -
Moments of order statistics and k-record values arising from the Beta-Lomax distribution with application
(Işık University Press, 2026-01-01)The concept of k-record values plays a significant role in extreme value theory, which is essential for modeling rare events. In this paper, we focus on k- record values from the Beta-Lomax distribution(BLD), a flexible ... -
Approximations to Caputo fractional derivative with arbitrary kernels and uniform meshes
(Işık University Press, 2026-01-01)The main objective of this paper is to find numerical approximations of the Caputo fractional derivative for α > 0 with arbitrary kernels and uniform meshes. These numerical approximations are based on polynomial interpolation. ... -
Algebraic properties of kernel symmetric Intuitionistic fuzzy matrices
(Işık University Press, 2026-01-01)The characterization of interval valued secondary k- kernel symmetric Intuitionistic fuzzy matrices have been examined in this study. It is discussed how interval valued s-k kernel symmetric, s- kernel symmetric, interval ... -
Generalized fractional heat equation in extended Colombeau algebras
(Işık University Press, 2026-01-01)In this paper, we use the Colombeau generalized algebra to prove the existence and uniqueness of the solution of fractional heat equation with singular potentials (i.e., singular distributions). The concept of a generalized ... -
On various algebraic structures in multidimensional fuzzy sets
(Işık University Press, 2026-01-01)One recent generalization of Zadeh’s fuzzy sets is the concept of multidimensional fuzzy sets. This work extends this concept further by introducing a generalized form of multidimensional fuzzy algebra. By focusing on ... -
Computation of some degree-based topological indices of [n]circulenes according to the size of their central polygon
(Işık University Press, 2025-12-01)In this paper, several degree-based topological indices are computed for the family of [n]circulenes, a class of polycyclic hydrocarbons, using the M-polynomial method, which eliminates edge counting. Closed-form formulas ... -
An investigation of the fractional Dirac operator using Laplace transform
(Işık University Press, 2025-12-01)In this paper, the fractional Dirac operator with Caputo’s fractional derivative is considered. By using Laplace transform, the fractional Dirac operator reduces to an algebraic equation. Then by applying the inverse Laplace ... -
Weighted reproducing Kernel Property on Banach Spaces
(Işık University Press, 2025-12-01)Weighted Reproducing Kernel Banach Spaces (WRKBS) extend kernel theory by incorporating weights to enhance modeling flexibility. This paper defines WRKBS, explores their theoretical foundations, and demonstrates their ... -
Complex rays and applications
(Işık University Press, 2025-12-01)Complex rays are a fascinating aspect of modern diffraction theory, typically sought as complex solutions to the eikonal equation. Traditionally, these solutions are obtained by analytically continuing real rays into the ... -
